Table below lists publications by type in HUT EE department compound dissertations in 1995, 1997, 2000, and 2002. Publication classification is made by Perttu Puska's quick evaluation so it cannot be considered "official". Some of compound dissertations were not included into list.
Note, that one cannot just look at number of publications. There are multiple factors that contribute to content of thesis. These include number of authors in each publication and there are differences between fields, even within EE department. At end, a dissertation is evaluated by reviewers and opponent(s) if it contributes to science.
